I’ve been making this easy Clean stuffed eggs recipe since my kids were toddlers. It’s my take on the classic equal parts flavorful and familiar.

Ingredients for clean stuffed eggs:

          A little olive oil
          Chicken breast, cut into pieces or shredded (as preferred)
          Enoki mushrooms
          1 chicken egg
          Fresh milk or soy milk (as preferred)
          Thinly sliced ​​tomatoes
          Thinly sliced ​​Japanese cucumber
          A little salt

How to make clean stuffed eggs
?

           1. Apply a little olive oil to a square mold (you can use a bread mold). Arrange the chicken breast, followed by the Enoki mushrooms. 
           2. Beat the eggs with fresh milk (use equal ratios). Season with a little salt and ground pepper, then pour into the mold.
           3. Arrange the thinly sliced ​​cucumber and tomatoes on top.
           4. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked to your liking. (If you don’t have an oven, you can fry it in a Teflon pan to make stuffed eggs. Just use a little oil.)

Classic taste and texture – We’re talking delicate chopped eggs, crunchy celery and onions, and a tangy, creamy dressing. I’m not reinventing the wheel here. But after lots of testing, this is the combo of ingredients that I found to work best.
